BRAND MANAGER - PUERTO RICO AND LATIN AMERICA
Carlos M. Alicea Quiñones, from Puerto Rico is studying Music Education in the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico in San Germán with a major in wood winds. Carlos marched with Music City Drum & Bugle Corps in 2018-2019. He is the first Puerto Rican to age out in Drum Corps International. He studied from 2009-2015 in the Fine Arts School Ernesto Ramos Antonini in Yauco, graduating with a specialization in Music and Saxophone in middle school and high school. He has performed in the Rose Parade in Pasadena, California in 2019 and in Disneyland representing Puerto Rico.
Currently Carlos is a Colorguard Instructor and choreographer for several guards teams in Puerto Rico. He has been creating color guard clinics in Puerto Rico since 2018 and he started the first winter guard in Puerto Rico, “Puerto Rico Royalty “
LaRae (Rae) Duff grew up in Owasso, OK and then attended the University of Oklahoma where she earned her Bachelor of Music Education (oboe emphasis) in 2003. She and her husband, Darrin Duff, have a combined 32 years of band and colorguard teaching experience in the state of Texas. She remains an active member of TMEA, TBA as well as an adjudicator and clinician in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. She thoroughly enjoys getting to know what’s important to those she works with in order to partner with them in achieving the most personalized creative process and highest level of service possible. She enjoys spending time with her family, including her two boys, Hudson and Brody and their dog and cat, Biscuit and Gravy.

Chris Green has been heavily involved in the pageantry and performing arts for 30 years. He has been an Founder, Director, Instructor, Adjudicator, Composer in Residence, Performer, Arranger and Clinician for marching, concert & jazz bands, choral and theater groups, drum & bugle corps, winter percussion and winter guards across the country. Chris is currently the Special Projects Manager for the St Petersburg Opera Company, Artistic Director for the Central Florida Sounds of Freedom, and Founder and Performer for Brass Hysteria STP.

Michael Lombo has been passionate about the marching arts for the past 25 (gulp) years! Michael lives for his students and loves instilling the same passion for pageantry artsy has, as well as, the life skills needed to be a positive team player. He’s a successful drill designer, consultant, and Color Guard Caption at Jersey Surf World Class Drum & Bugle Corps, Mansfield, MA High School, Norwood, MA High School & Dedham, MA HS! Michael can help you with all of your Color Guard & Marching Band needs!
BRAND MANAGER - TEXAS (AUSTIN AREA)
Joshua O'Kain, M.A., M.Ed., BCBA currently holds a B.M. in Music Business from Middle Tennessee State University, an M.A.in Arts/Non-Profit Management from Columbia College Chicago and an M.Ed. in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University. He began his journey in the pageantry arts as a brass player & colorguard performer in Tennessee & Georgia. During this time, Joshua also started his pageantry teaching and consulting career with several award winning groups and has also designed, consulted, and/or taught several other WGI finalist groups and competitive BOA programs across the states of Pennsylvania, Illinois, Tennessee, Kentucky and Texas, and Hawai'i. He currently teaches at Lake Travis HS in the Austin, TX area. Outside of the marching arts, Joshua uses his Board-Certified, Licensed Behavior Analyst (BCBA/LBA) credential to provide clinical & educational Applied Behavior Analysis therapeutic services to individuals with autism & related exceptionalities. At Lake Travis High, Joshua also works as a Special Education Case Manager & Mathematics Teacher.

Nicole Solalinde, born in New York raised in South Plainfield, New Jersey. Started her Colorguard career at 12. Moved to Texas in 2012 to further her expertise. She has worked for various prestigious programs. She has lead many of her color guard programs to TECA State Titles. Nicole currently teaches at Brackenridge High School in San Antonio, Tx. She has been teaching Colorguard for 11 years at various high schools in the New Jersey and in the San Antonio area. Nicole is excited to be a member of Guard Closet as she hopes to be able to help others be successful in their endeavors.

Michael Vazquez has been involved in pageantry arts since his days as a member of the Shikellamy High School marching band and winterguard. Since then he has performed, taught, designed, and consulted for numerous independent and scholastic programs around the country. He is the founder and former director of ATX Winterguard from Austin, TX.He currently resides in Pasadena, MD, where he teaches students with exceptional needs, operates MJV Design and Consulting, and acts as a clinician, consultant, and adjudicator for marching bands, indoor guards, drum lines, and winds groups.
Bradley has been a costume sales representative for 8 years. He has clients from all forms of the pageantry arts, from competitive marching band to traditional marching band, winter guard, drill team, dance team, majorette, and so much more! Bradley has worked in the marching arts for more than 20 years specializing in color guard choreography, program coordination, and drill writing/staging. He has taught at all levels of the activity, and understands how the industry works. Put his knowledge to work for your program!
