Consignment Return Policy

guardcloset.com recognizes that there may be reservations when buying used guard uniforms and equipment. 100% customer satisfaction is our goal. Every inventory item is inspected for quality during intake to ensure we provide high quality, low cost costumes that help reduce our art's impact on the environment. If you feel an item is unsuitable for any reason, you may contact us via email (info@guardcloset.com) to discuss the issue and arrange a solution.

Notice

It is the buyer/receiver's responsibility to contact guardcloset.com within three business days from the time of delivery to guarantee a return. Return shipping will be at the expense of the buyer. It is the buyer's responsibility to return items within 5 business days of notice of accepted return. A restocking fee of up to 15% may be assessed at the discretion of guardcloset.com.  The original shipping cost is not refundable.

Shoes

• Return requests must be received within 30 days of purchase.
• Shoes must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
• Original shipping, handling, and processing fees are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Refunds are issued only after the manufacturer confirms receipt and inspection.
• No exchanges – to get a different size or style, please place a new order.
