Every inventory item is inspected for quality during intake to ensure we provide high quality, low cost costumes that help reduce performing art's impact on the environment. If you feel an item is unsuitable for any reason, you may contact us via email (email@example.com) to discuss the issue and arrange a solution.
It is the buyer/receiver's responsibility to contact guardcloset.com within three business days from the time of delivery to guarantee a return. Return shipping when warranted will be at the expense of the buyer. It is the buyer's responsibility to return items within 5 business days of notice of accepted return. A restocking fee of up to 15% may be assessed at the discretion of guardcloset.com.

Returns for new items bought through guardcloset would follow the policy as set by the manufacturer. Due to the nature of custom designed items being printed specifically for your program, most of these items cannot be returned. However, there is a 100% money back guarantee on craftsmanship.
