Return Policy for Consignment Orders
General
guardcloset.com recognizes that there may be reservations when buying used guard uniforms and equipment. 100% customer satisfaction is our goal. Every inventory item is inspected for quality during intake to ensure we provide high quality, low cost costumes that help reduce performing art's impact on the environment. If you feel an item is unsuitable for any reason, you may contact us via email (info@guardcloset.com) to discuss the issue and arrange a solution.
Notice
It is the buyer/receiver's responsibility to contact guardcloset.com within three business days from the time of delivery to guarantee a return. Return shipping when warranted will be at the expense of the buyer. It is the buyer's responsibility to return items within 5 business days of notice of accepted return. A restocking fee of up to 15% may be assessed at the discretion of guardcloset.com.
Return Policy for New Gear
General
Returns for new items bought through guardcloset would follow the policy as set by the manufacturer. Due to the nature of custom designed items being printed specifically for your program, most of these items cannot be returned. However, there is a 100% money back guarantee on craftsmanship.
Made to Order Item Return Policy
All made to order items must be canceled within 72 hours of purchase in order to receive a full refund, exchange, or credit. A restocking fee of up to 15% may be assessed at the discretion of guardcloset.com.
Shoe Return Policy
Customer must contact guardcloset.com within 72 hours of delivery to be eligible for a return. Only shoes that have NOT been worn can be returned or exchanged, and the box must NOT be damaged. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to the returns and exchanges of shoes and the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs, as well as future shipping charges for an exchange and/or new purchase(s). When shoes are purchased by the school (bulk orders), the school will be responsible for covering all return/exchange costs; when shoes are purchased by an individual customer (microsite orders or otherwise), the individual customer will be responsible for covering all return/exchange costs. Please send an email to Christine Ream: Christine@guardcloset.com to initiate a return/exchange within 72 hours of receiving the shoes and provide the tracking number, if available. Returned or exchanged shoes MUST be returned within two weeks of receiving the order to our Carlisle, Pennsylvania location:
