ABOUT SHIPPING COSTS... 

Shipping costs are calculated using UPS rates based on package volume and distance. List price does not include cost of shipping. Please provide a shipping account before or when placing your order if shipping price is not included with your order total.

TIP- use a school or business address instead of a residential address for typically lower rates.

ABOUT SHIPPING TIMES... 

Orders that are paid for with credit cards or online payment methods are typically shipped within 3-4 business days.

Orders placed with Check or Purchase Order selected as method of payment are typically shipped 3-4 business days after the check or PO is received.

NEED FASTER SHIPPING? 

If you choose faster rates (not UPS Ground) as your shipping method, your order will still likely be shipped in 3-4 business days. If you are concerned with the exact day your order will arrive, please email christine@guardcloset.com for clarification.

RETURNS 

GUARDCLOSET.COM recognizes that there may be reservations buying used guard uniforms and equipment. 100% customer satisfaction is our goal. If an item is unsuitable for any reason, you may contact us via email (info@guardcloset.com) to arrange a return. WE MUST BE CONTACTED WITH 72 HOURS OF UPS DELIVERY TO GRANT A RETURN. It is the buyer/receiver's responsibility to contact guardcloset.com within three business days from the time of delivery to guarantee a return. Return shipping will be at the expense of the buyer. It is the buyer's responsibility to return items within 5 business days of notice of accepted return. A restocking fee of up to 15% may be assessed at the discretion of guardcloset.com.  The original shipping cost is not refundable.

Return Policy –  Shoes

  • Return requests must be received within 30 days of purchase.
  • Shoes must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
  • Original shipping, handling, and processing fees are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Refunds are issued only after the manufacturer confirms receipt and inspection.
  • No exchanges – to get a different size or style, please place a new order.
